Hump Day

I'm off to pick up this book that came out yesterday. I can't wait to get my hands on it! I thought for sure that Hubby would have suprised me with a copy since it's been on the google calendar for months now. He claims he didn't see it.

Hmm, I guess I don't notice the dirty clothes in the hamper either.

Edited to add: Good thing I bought the book myself, 'cause Hubby sure didn't have it again this evening when he arrived home from work. This book better be worth the wait! I've delayed reading the book below since I had just started it two days ago.

Lastly, does anyone want to trade or swap for Remember Me? I really liked it, by the way. It's a hardback and in perfect condition. I'm not really one to keep books since I know I'll never read them again. Does anyone have a good chic lit that's fairly new that you want to trade? Just leave me a comment or shoot me an e-mail!

I just ordered "Love the One Your With" - I am excited to read it. I was contemplating Remember Me, but the reviews on amazon didn't convince me. I'm glad you liked it because I love that author. You should look into paperback swap .com, I don't have any new books to swap with you or I would :)

You know that Aunt Donna religously supplies me with books because she loves the fact that I enjoy reading. I have a ton and will trade anytime. You need to get the Queen of Babble and it's sequel...haven't read them yet but have them. I cannot wait to get em giffin's new book...I'm OBSESSED with her and her books! Let me know when and what you want to trade.

Hey Girl--I found your post from various others..anyway, I am a HUGE fan of "chick lit" I used to have an enormous collection, but its just ash now (our house burned about 2 months ago) ANYWAY, I the only time I really get to read is while at the beach or on an airplane. I just spend a week and a half there and read several books, but I really liked "The Ex Debutante" it is by Linda Francis Lee. If you havent' ready any of her books, read "Devil in the Junior League" first! Another good one is "Bergdorf Blondes" by Plum Skyes. If you want my copy of "The Ex-Debutante" let me know and I will send it! See ya

Which one is Emily Griffin's first book in the series "Something Borrowed" or "Something Blue?" I am anxious to read her after seeing your post, but want to read them in the correct order. I love to read any chic lit!

First is Something Borrowed, Second is Something Blue, and Last is Baby Proof.

Her most recent is Love the One You're With, but it's not a part of the series so you can read it anytime. Check out her site here...
